Selection Phase : Film is selected to compete with other films in Quarter Finalist Stage,

Quarter Finalist Phase : Films compete to qualify for Semi-Finalist Stage.

Semi-Finalist Phase : Those films winning Quarter Finalist moves to Semi-Finalist and competes for Finalist Phase.

Finalist Phase : Those who win through the Semi-Finalist Phase compete in the Finalist phase to be ONE of the THREE Award Winning Films. In this stage judges choose films which are JUDGES CHOICE Films and categorised as HONORABLE MENTIONS which were not able to qualify to be AWARD WINNERS but are intriguing films to watch.

Category Awards : Category awards are chosen from all the films which have qualified Quarter Finalist to Award winning Films.
